Meridian Longevity Club (“Meridian”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we use it, and the rights you have over it. We handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (the “LOPDGDD”).
Meridian Longevity Club is currently being established. Until our company is formally registered, the founding team acts as the data controller and can be reached at hello@meridianmarbella.com. Once registered, our full legal name, registered address and tax number (NIF) will be published here.
When you join our founding-member waitlist, we collect only what you choose to enter in the form:
This website uses no cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, and it serves its fonts and other assets directly — so simply opening the page sends no data to any third party. We collect nothing about you beyond what you submit.
We use your details to contact you about Meridian founding memberships, to let you know as enrolment opens, and to send occasional related updates. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent or unsubscribe at any time, and we will not use your data for any other purpose without telling you first.
We never sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We rely on a small number of trusted providers purely to operate the website and waitlist:
Our form provider, Web3Forms, processes data in the United States. Where your data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your waitlist details only as long as we need them for the purpose above — until Meridian opens and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
You have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to how we use it; to receive a copy in a portable format; and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, simply email hello@meridianmarbella.com.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is always the current one.

Utilizamos tus datos para ponernos en contacto contigo sobre las membresías fundadoras de Meridian, informarte de la apertura de las inscripciones y enviarte comunicaciones ocasionales relacionadas. Nuestro proveedor de formularios, Web3Forms, trata los datos en los Estados Unidos. Cuando tus datos salen del Espacio Económico Europeo, quedan protegidos mediante garantías adecuadas, como el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE–EE. UU. y las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea.
